Africa is a diverse and amazing continent, it offers some of the most extreme examples of nature found on earth. The most notable example is Kilimanjaro, the worlds highest walkable mountain.
Like a giant dominating the horizon, Kilimanjaro calls out to the adventurer “JUST TRY ME!” This call has been answered by countless explorers. One company that has lead over 15,000 of these explorers to an attempt to the summit is Africa Travel Resource.

This company has an 87% summit success rate and an exemplary safety record. They offer 6 different trek routes that will suit your schedule and your fitness level.

They recommend “Trekkers absolutely confident in their fitness and willing to spend longer on the mountain to increase the chances of summit success should start by taking a look at the Shira route.”

They also offer routes that are more accessibler to those who don’t spend as much time as they should exercising: “Trekkers who are less than absolutely confident about their fitness, or who are pressed for time should start with the Rongai route.”

With tours starting at around $300 per night, per person, for a 7 night trek, it may be time to answer Kilimanjaro’s call and say “I Will!”

Must be a typo because park fees alone run more than $100 per day, so it is impossible to climb for $300. You probably meant $3000. Climbs range between $1000 to $5000, but Kilimanjaro can be climbed safely for around $1500. Be wary of anyone charging less or significantly more.

You are right, it turns out those prices are per night, per person bringing the total to just over $1500 USD for the 5 night trip. Thanks for the keen eye!
