The Ultimate Peru Cycling and Surfing Tour!
This 15 day 14 night trek will have you overstimulated with some of the most beautiful scenery you can imagine. Here is a summary of their itinerary:
You fly from Lima to Cusco where you start to adapt to the heightened altitude while checking out markets, museums and plazas.
On the third day you start your bike tour by descending down some historic Inka Trails to find ancient temples and sights.
Over the next 3 days you will wind through the hills and vistas, connect with the local people, and bike your heart out! By day 7 you will enjoy a nice drive to “The Lost city of the Inkas”, Machupicchu. During the two hour bus ride to Abra Malaga pass (4315m), you will see Mt Veronica (5682m) and the deep tropical forest at the bottom of the mountain. You will then take your bikes for an amazing downhill adventure to these forests.
On day 9 you spend the entire day visiting Machupicchu “The lost city of the Incas” A guided tour of this marvelous citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of Three Windows, the Circular Tower and the Sacred Sun Dial and Burial Grounds.
The next leg of the journey takes you on a flight to Mancora (through Lima). Here you will stay right on the beach, with surfing, windsurfing, lounging, swimming, boogie boarding and many other activites right at your fingertips. The remaining 3 days will be spent surfing and taking in some sun before your return to the real world.
